If a product has a manufacturing defect that is not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling, you may receive a free replacement from UTK within the warranty period (1–3 years depending on the product).
To request a replacement, please contact us at support@utktechnology.com and provide a detailed description of the issue. Many product concerns can be resolved through proper troubleshooting guidance and support.
If the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, we will request that you return the product to us for inspection and replacement. Please note that an order number is required for all warranty claims to verify product authenticity.
All UTK products or accessories with confirmed manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge. We do not charge any restocking fees for warranty replacements.
If the returned product is found not to have a manufacturing defect or has been damaged due to improper use, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
