This heating pad is for your neck and shoulders, it very snug and fit around your neck and shoulder. You can adjust the velcro at the bottom. And it comes with a 10 ft cord and digital controller. You can set the time and temperature as you like. The far infrared penetrate 4-6 inches into your body. It's great for chronic pain relief. Highly recommend to you guys.
