Excellent. I have a lower back problem and out of many products I've bought to help support the lower back, this product excels them all. I've benefited the most from this heating mat. Easy to use, works great. What's more amazing is that it helped with my insomnia. I fall asleep quickly sleeping on this heated mat. Highly recommend.
